The Princess of Wales has extended a heartfelt message to those touched by the "devastation of baby loss", showing her support during Baby Loss Awareness Week. On Kensington Palace's social media channels, Kate conveyed "love, strength and hope" in marking the significant event on Tuesday, October 15.
In her slow return to public engagements following chemotherapy treatments, she acknowledged the importance of the week-long remembrance: "Baby Loss Awareness Week is such an important moment to support those who have experienced the devastation of baby loss. Sending love, strength and hope to anyone affected. #WaveofLight."
Signed "C", the post was shared alongside a picture of the Plum and Ashby Wave of Light candle, relating to the global recognition of the week which took place from October 9-15. Plum and Ashby, a luxury home, bath and body brand, has crafted the official campaign candle for Tommy's, Britain's leading pregnancy research charity, since 2020, with all proceeds benefitting the charity.
