A woman who has been forced to use a nasal spray daily for nearly 40 years after smashing her nose while diving has finally had her nose fixed.
Pam, a cross-fit gym owner from Los Angeles, was just 17 when she was left with a disfigured nose after diving into the 4ft end of a swimming pool, cracking her nose against the pool's bottom.
When her mother insisted she saw a surgeon, she was offered a silicon implant, which left her unable to breathe easily and with a nose that pointed upwards.
