Breaking:Harry Filed a 487Page Lawsuit Asking the Court to Freeze William's Entire Duchy of Cornwall

Prince Harry has filed a 487-page lawsuit to freeze his brother Prince William’s entire Duchy of Cornwall are entirely false. No such legal action has been initiated, and no court in the United Kingdom or elsewhere has received a filing of this nature.

These sensational headlines are fabricated clickbait created by YouTube channels and fake news websites to generate ad revenue by inventing dramatic legal wars between the Sussexes and the Waleses.

The Duchy of Cornwall is a private estate established by royal charter in 1337 to provide income for the heir apparent to the throne. It is currently held by Prince William as the Prince of Wales.

The assets of the Duchy are legally protected and tied to the title of the heir apparent; they are not personal property that can be "frozen" by a sibling’s lawsuit, nor can they be subject to the kind of asset-freezing order described in these fake reports. A legal attempt to freeze the entire Duchy would be jurisdictionally impossible and would be immediately dismissed by any competent court.

Prince Harry’s actual legal engagements in recent years have involved lawsuits against News Group Newspapers (publisher of The Sun and News of the World) regarding phone hacking and against the Home Office over his security arrangements when visiting the UK. He has never sued Prince William, nor has he made any legal claim against the Duchy of Cornwall. The specific detail of a "487-page" document is a common tactic used by fabricators to make a fake story sound precise and credible, yet no such document exists in any public court registry.
