Even when things seem like they’re going well for the British royal family, some hidden drama pops up. And things between Queen Camilla and the rest of the family, particularly her stepsons, seemed to be as good as they could be recently.
That is, of course, until recent reports about William and Harry’s nicknames for her resurfaced. And now, there are allegations that she also doesn’t really get along with Kate Middleton.
It reportedly all got worse after the recent state visit from US President Donald Trump, after sources said Middleton shone brighter than Queen Camilla. “The tension was impossible to ignore,” an insider told Closer.
“Every gesture and every colour choice felt like a power move. It was Kate who drew the attention, and that didn’t go down well with Camilla. From the moment Kate arrived, she proved herself to be the real power player.”
